About this scholarship

The Belcourt Brosseau Métis Awards pay between $1,000 and $10,000 a year and have put more than $12 million toward roughly 3,900 Métis students over two decades, which makes them one of the largest non-governmental funders of Métis students in Canada. You need citizenship with the Otipemisiwak Métis Government or membership in a Métis Settlement, Alberta residency, Canadian citizenship, and a place in an eligible program at an eligible post-secondary school.
