ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
The Edmonton Community Foundation awards the Charmaine Letourneau Scholarship to Alberta residents who are deaf or hard of hearing as they enter a post-secondary or vocational program. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and knowledge of sign language, with school and community leadership also considered in selection.
