Kirby Morrow Memorial Scholarship
Who can apply: Alberta or BC students entering a theatre, film or animation program
Amount and deadline
Checked against the provider's page in Aug 2026.
Last year's date. The provider hasn't posted this year's yet, so check their page before you plan around it.
Who can apply
Worth knowing
The application is a video of three minutes or less rather than an essay: you show your passion for the field and say how the money would help. That is a very different kind of work from the rest of this list. The provider had not posted a date for the new cycle when this was checked in August 2026, so this is last cycle's deadline rolled forward. Confirm before you plan around it.
