ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP
The University of Alberta offers the Turtle Spirit Pathway Award to support domestic students with demonstrated financial barriers who are entering a UAlberta direct-entry undergraduate program with no prior post-secondary experience. Up to 30 new students are selected each year, and applicants must complete a separate application through the Awards Hub after submitting their UAlberta admission application.
Up to 20 new students per year. Must have no prior post-secondary coursework. Separate application required via Awards Hub after applying for UAlberta admission. The 2027 intake runs October 1, 2026 to February 15, 2027, with offers from mid-April.
