Worth knowing

Most polytechnic awards ignore the upgrading classroom entirely. This one says explicitly that upgrading and foundational learning students should be considered, which makes it one of the few open to a student who left high school short of the courses they needed. Northwestern Polytechnic's standard award criteria require two full semesters already completed at NWP, which shuts most of its 359 awards to a student coming straight out of grade 12. Entrance awards are the exception and this is one of them. Applications sit in your NWP account document library once you are admitted.

About this scholarship

One bursary of $300 for a student with demonstrated need, entering or in any later year of study. Academic upgrading and foundational learning students are named as students who should also be considered.
