Who can apply
Worth knowing
Preference goes to students already engaged in student politics such as student council, a student union or Model UN, in youth councils or committees, or in debate and speech clubs. Charter school students are eligible here, which is rarer than it should be on this list. The provider had not posted a date for the new cycle when this was checked in August 2026, so this is last cycle's deadline rolled forward. Confirm before you plan around it.
