Get a shortlist

Not sure where to start? Answer a few questions about your grade, where you live, what you want to study and your average, and get the awards you fit, with the ones closing soonest up top. No email needed, and your answers never leave your device.

Save the ones you want

Tap Save on any listing. Your shortlist lives on the Saved page, as a list or a calendar of deadlines, so you can come back to it. No account: it stays on this device.

Never miss a deadline

The Deadlines page lays out every closing date, month by month. On any listing, leave your email and get a reminder 30, 14 and 3 days before it closes. That email is the only personal information we ever hold, and one click deletes it.

Worth knowing

This is the parenting-student twin of the Legacy scholarship at the same fund, with the same documents and the same September start requirement, so a student who qualifies for both should ask which application covers which. Neither the value nor the number of awards is fixed. Checked 2026-09-08: the fund's own scholarships page says the application period is now closed, and it publishes no reopening date, so this sits as a next-cycle listing rather than an open one.

About this scholarship

A Burns Memorial Fund award for Calgary students who are raising a child while finishing high school and are going on to post-secondary in the fall.
